Product Introduction: Nickel Pipe

Our products include Monel 400, Monel K-500, Pure Nickel N4 Pipe and Pure Nickel N6 Pipe.

Monel 400 (UNS N04400): This alloy is composed of approximately 63% nickel and 34% copper and is known for its excellent resistance to seawater corrosion. It is ideally suited for use in areas such as chemical processing, marine, oil and gas, and food processing.

Monel K-500 (UNS N05500): Building on the strength of Alloy 400, it contains approximately 2.3% aluminum and approximately 0.35% titanium, adding to the material s strength and hardness while maintaining its excellent corrosion resistance. This makes it ideal for aerospace, marine hardware and valve component applications.

Pure Nickel N4 Tubes: These tubes are greater than 99.9% pure, have extremely low impurities, and offer excellent corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. They are ideally suited for chemical processing, battery production and the electronics industry.

Pure Nickel N6 Pipe: The purity is 99.5%, slightly lower than N4, but still maintains effective corrosion resistance and processability. They have applications in a variety of industries, including chemical processing, food processing and electronics manufacturing.
